A Mass of Christian Burial for Thaddeus Justin Wolfe, 51, of Newark, will be held at The Church of the Blessed Sacrament, 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, October 8, 2024, with Fr. Anthony Lonzo as celebrant.

Thad died at the Selma Markowitz Care Center of Hospice of Central Ohio on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. He was born in Newark, Ohio on December 29, 1972, to Walter Wolfe and the late Sue Ann (Biddle) Wolfe.

Thad was 1991 graduate of Newark Catholic High School where he played football and baseball. In his youth, Thad was active in the Boy Scouts of America, St. Francis de Sales Troop 8. He worked as a contractor and was owner/operator of Wolfe Bros Construction. His greatest joy was his son, Justin, whom he loved dearly.

In addition to his father, Thad is survived by his son, Justin Thaddeus Wolfe; siblings, Michael Wolfe (Georganna Acord), Heather Wolfe (Rick Lake) and Nicholas Wolfe; uncle, John Wolfe, aunt, Kerrin Biddle; nieces and nephews, Taylor (Josh), Brandon, Morgann, Katelyn, and Waylon; and great nieces and nephew, Mason, Loralei, and Haizel Sue.

Calling hours will be held at the Reed-Egan Funeral Home, 141 Green Wave Drive, Newark Ohio, 4-7 P.M., Monday, October 7, 2024, with a Vigil Service held at 6:30 P.M.
