Shirley Elizabeth Byers, 81, of Hebron, died at her home on Friday, November 21, 2025. She was born in Boston, MA on August 12, 1944 to the late Lester and Elizabeth (McCloud) Hickey.

Shirley was a graduate of Dedham High School and a loving mother who enjoyed bowling, golf, bingo, cards, and slot machines.

She is survived by her children, Michael, Shelly (Scott) Thompson, Monte, Brian (Brandi), and Justin (Brandi); 14 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Michael "Mike" Byers; and her brothers, Harvey (Sylvia) Hickey and Donny (Sheila) Hickey.
