Funeral services for Sherrill Lee "Sue" Taylor, 76, of Johnstown, will be held at the Feller & Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street, Waterloo, Indiana, 11 A.M., Monday, December 21, 2015. Inurnment will follow in Waterloo Cemetery.
Sue died of cancer at the Selma Markowitz Care Center of Hospice of Central Ohio on Monday, December 14, 2015. She was born in Angola, Indiana on December 10, 1939 to the late Lester R. and Mina M. (Aldrich) Palmer.
Sue was an avid antique collector and had been a champion bowler. She enjoyed reading, quilting, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Lisa (David) Wade and Anthony (Christa) Dewire; step-children, Jacqueline (Larry) Houser, Sandra Dangler, Victoria (Ron) Weston, John (Cheryl) Taylor, Rick (Polly) Taylor, and Frank (Kimberly) Taylor; 3 grandchildren, Alexander and Emma Dewire, and Joshua Wade; 10 step-grandchildren; 12 step great- and great-great-grandchildren; her sisters, Jill (Darren) Thompson, Denise (Phillip) Corressell, and Valerie Chester; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Taylor.
Friends and family may call at the Feller & Clark Funeral Home, Waterloo, from 4-6 P.M., Sunday, December 20, 2015 or 10-11 A.M., Monday, December 21, 2015.
