Sandra Kay Lucas, 67, of Newark, died at Licking Memorial Hospital on Friday, February 25, 2022.  She was born in Zanesville, Ohio on August 28, 1954, to the late John J. and Phyllis (Sipe) Gorman.

Sandra, a lover of cats, attended Zanesville High School and received her Associates Degree from Muskingum Area Technical College.

She is survived by her son, Joe (Sacha) Lucas, grandchildren, Andrew and Parker Lucas; brothers, Chuck (Patti) Gorman and Tom (Patty) Gorman; sister, Susan Gorman; and several nieces and nephews.
