A Funeral Mass for Robert C. Selby, 62, of St. Louisville, will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 28, 2018, with Fr. David Sizemore as celebrant. Inurnment will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery with military honors at a later date.

Robert died at his home in St. Louisville on Monday, April 23, 2018. He was born in Newark, Ohio on June 6, 1955 to Gizella (Kovreg) Selby of St. Louisville, and the late Richard "Art" Selby Sr.

Robert attended Newark High School and received his diploma from the United States Army after enlisting at the age of 17. He worked as handyman for many years, and enjoyed spending time on the family farm, working on cars, and tending to his cats. Robert especially enjoyed his many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, Robert is survived by his siblings, Michael, Bernard, David (Joan), Terry (Joanna), Donald, Mark (Nancy), Kathleen, and Barbara (Thomas) Walker; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Robert was preceded in death by his brother, Richard A. Selby Jr; and his nephews, David Selby, Eric Selby, and Dylan Patrick.

Friends and family may call from 3-8 P.M., Friday, April 27, 2018, at the REED-EGAN FUNERAL HOME, 141 Green Wave Drive, Newark, where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 P.M..
