Private funeral services for Randy Scott Holmes, 63, of Newark, will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Randy died at his home in Newark on May 29, 2025. He was born in Mt. Vernon, Ohio on February 9, 1962, to the late Kenneth Jackson and Carol Lee (Ridenour) Holmes.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Holmes.
