Paul Martin Welsh, 78, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, October 24, 2026. He was born in Newark, Ohio on November 11, 1947, to the late Paul Martin Sr. and Mary I. (DiGiandomenico) Welsh.

Funeral services will be held at Reed-Egan Funeral Home, 12 Noon, Tuesday, October 27, 2026, with Pastor Bruce Knudson as celebrant. Calling will be held at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery will follow services with military honors presented by the Licking County Veterans Alliance.
