Obituary

Mott, (nee Brady) Patricia Jean, 85, of Westlake, Ohio. It is with proud, heavy hearts that her family announces that Pat passed away peacefully, with dignity, Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at SharonBrooke Senior Living, Newark, Ohio, with her daughters at her side.

Pat, a strong, spirited, Irish woman was born July 11, 1931 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of Arthur and Helen Brady.

She graduated from Shaw High School and Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland, Ohio. She was a member of St. Patrick Church, Cleveland, Ohio, where she proudly taught and directed the religious education program. At St. Patrick's she met and later married the love of her life, her soul mate, John K. Mott (a former Jesuit priest) who preceded her in death in September, 1992. Patricia was also married to William E. Mullooly who preceded her in death on October 22, 1977. Patricia and her husband(s) were the previous owners and operators of the Cleveland Transfer Company and Assembly Warehouses, Cleveland, Ohio.

Surviving are her daughters, Kathleen (David) Erhard of Newark, Ohio and Colleen (Daniel) Krohmer of Garfield Hts., Ohio; grandchildren, Jon Erhard, Patrick and Brian Krohmer; nieces and nephews; beloved grand dogs; hosts of friends; and the amazing, dedicated staff at SharonBrooke Senior Living who quickly became her family.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin; sisters Rosemary (Rusty) Pechman and Marge (Bill) Gesten; and her many cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, raccoons, and wildlife which she dearly loved.

Private graveside services will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio at a later date. According to Pat's wishes, a celebration of Pat's extraordinary life will be held at the home of her daughter Kathleen, on July 8, 2017; 2:00-8:00.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made for Animal Care and Rescue ? Mary Angela Reed, 141 Green Wave Drive, Newark, Ohio 43055; or the SharonBrooke Senior Living Bird Aviary, 920 Sharon Valley Road, Newark, Ohio 43055.

The family also wishes to recognize the professional, loving, end of life care provided by SharonBrooke Senior Living and Heartland Hospice, Columbus, Ohio.

Mom was a non-traditional, "one of a kind" human being and will be greatly missed by many…. May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
