Mark died at his home on Saturday, April 15, 2023. He was born in Newark, Ohio on April 1, 1960, to the late Charles W. and Rose Anne (Keller) Donaldson.

Mark attended Newark Catholic High School and completed the Building Trades program at Joint Vocational School, graduating in 1978. He worked for many years locally in retail sales, including Lowe's, Sears and Sun TV. He also booked music entertainment for local establishments, and most recently, was the owner and operator of "Two Cheezy Guys" food truck, home of the Corona Burger!

Mark shared a love of horses with his daughters their entire childhood years. He was heavily involved with 4-H as an advisor for the Licking Valley Raiders and served as a Hartford Fair board member and President for many years. He was always a hard worker and spent numerous hours working in the horse complex at the Hartford Fair Grounds. With his children grown, he found an interest in raising cattle to occupy his time.

Born on April Fool's Day, Mark was a natural prankster and loved to joke and play tricks on any unsuspecting family member or close friend.

He is survived by his daughters, Jessica (Mike) Huffman and Lauren (Brian) Boes, and their mother, Brenda Donaldson; grandson, Wyatt Markham; brother, Douglas (Beverly) Donaldson; sister, Christine (Thomas) Wade; aunt, Pearl Trott; nieces and nephews, Jamie (Jim) Clouse, Trevor (Brooke) Donaldson, Lindsay (Nick) Irion and Brandon (Kaitlyn) Wade; and many great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his daughter, Ashley M. Markham; and special uncle, Paul "Bud" Keller.
