Obituary

A Funeral Mass for Marjorie "Margie" Maneely, 78, of Heath, will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 11:30 A.M., Friday, March 23, 2018, with Fr. David Sizemore as celebrant. Entombment will follow in Newark Memorial Gardens.

Margie died at her home on Sunday, March 18, 2018. She was born in Newark, Ohio on May 28, 1939, to the late Philip and Gertrude (Markle) Wheeler.

Margie was devoted to her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter. She also enjoyed the many social outings and luncheons she had with her circle of friends over the years.

She is survived by her son, Chuck (Maurine) Maneely; granddaughter, Katie; brothers, Terry Wheeler and Bill (Margie) Wheeler; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Margie was preceded in death by her husband Charles Maneely; siblings, Bernice (Charles) Capalino, Joy (Tom) Irvin, and Paul Wheeler; and sister-in-law, Sandy Wheeler.

Friends and family may call from 5-7 P.M., Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at the REED-EGAN FUNERAL HOME, 141 Green Wave Drive, Newark, where a Vigil Service will be held at 6:30 P.M., Wednesday.

Memorials in Margie's name can be made to St. Francis de Sales School, 38 Granville Street, Newark, Ohio 43055.
