A Mass of Christian Burial for Margaret "Marge" Mull, 90, of Newark, will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Rev. G. Michael Gribble officiating. Private burial will be held at a later date in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Marge passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018 at her home in Newark, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born August 21, 1927 in Joliet, Illinois to the late Stephen and Anna (Barnasak) Medvesky. From the time she was a young girl, Marge dreamed of one day being a wife and mother. Her dream was realized and she cherished the years spent nurturing and raising her family in her very special faithful loving manner. Marge was a longtime parishioner of St. Francis where she attended mass daily. She was active in the Women's group and was a member of the original guild seminary benefiting P.I.M.E.
Marge's family will deeply miss their 'Noni.' She is survived by children, Diane (Bob) Gardner of Shelbyville, IN, Jane (Prentice) Snow of Newark, OH, Nancy (Jeff) Buchanan of Newark, OH, David (Jayna) Mull of Sugar Land, TX, and Leann (Cliff) Kirchner of Newark, OH; 14 grandchildren, Katy Mull, Zachary Mull, Brooks (Laketa) Gardner, Lincoln (Allison) Gardner, Dana (Adam) Rupright, Andrew (Katie) Snow, Sarah (Ben) Hatfield, Caroline (John) Keaser, Justin (Ashley) Buchanan, Damon (Trisha) Buchanan, Ian Buchanan, Lauren Kirchner, Jacob (Lauren) Kirchner, and Adam (Amber) Kirchner; 12 great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Kierstan, Heaven, Vera, August, Declan, Camryn, Joe, Ben, Jesse, Kenton, and Madelyn; along with many extended family and friends. In addition to her parents and husband of 51 years, L. Roy Mull, Marge was the youngest of 7 siblings who preceded her in death.
