A Funeral Mass for Denton "Denny" Lee Booth, 59, of Glen Allen, Virginia, will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 10:30 A.M., Friday, December 6, 2013, with Rev. JCP Sullivan, Parish Priest as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Newark.
Denny died at his home in Glen Allen on Friday, November 29, 2013. He was born at the Fitzsimmons Army Hospital in Denver, Colorado on February 17, 1954 to Billy C. Booth, and the late Marcia (Gundlach) Booth.
Denny was a retired Henrico County Schools bus driver and a former employee of Hamilton Beach. He was a parishioner of St. Michael Catholic Church, Virginia and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #11172. Denny also enjoyed cars and took great pride in showing his 1970 GTO.
In addition to his father, Denny is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Bonita "Bunny" L. (Mohler) Booth; his sons, Bradley A. (fiancé, Samira Nikain) and Ryan P. (Stacey); his brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey A. (Sharon) Booth; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth A. (Larry) Marks, and Alicia L. (Brian) Wilson; his mother-in-law, Wanda Mohler; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
Friends and family may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M., Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the REED-EGAN FUNERAL HOME, 141 Green Wave Drive, Newark, where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 P.M.
