A Funeral Mass for Daniel Thomas Blowers, 57, of Reynoldsburg, and formerly of Columbia, South Carolina, will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 10:30A.M., Friday, December 4, 2015 with Fr. Dean Mathewson as celebrant. Inurnment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery with military honors provided by the Licking County Veterans Alliance.

Daniel, a United States Army Veteran, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, November 29, 2015, surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born in Newark, Ohio on October 9, 1958 to Conrad and Joyce (Brown) Blowers of Newark.

A 1977 Granville High School graduate, Dan worked for many years in sales, management and food service, managing several pizza stores, and opening franchise locations in South Carolina.

In addition to his parents, Dan is survived by his children, E6 Tech Sergeant Daniel T. Blowers II, (Emma) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; Krista Nicole Snyder and Karmen J. Stickland (Matt) of Columbia, SC; and Maldred Conrad "M.C." Blowers of Reynoldsburg, OH; his grandchildren: Garrett, Haiden, Kighlyn, Rowan and Locklan Hendrix, Sarah Vickers, Savannah, Kody and KC Snyder of South Carolina; Sidnei and Juliet Blowers, and Abigal Provost of Florida; his siblings, Michael D. (Martha) Blowers, Nanette T. Friend, C. Christopher Blowers, Amy Lynne Dozier, J. Patrick Blowers, and Matthew R. (Jennifer) Blowers; and many nieces and nephews.

Dan was preceded in death by his wife, Donna W. Blowers, his grandson, Tyler Ashton Hendrix and his sister, Laura Beth Blowers.
