Cheryl L. Ambrus, 76, of Newark, died at the Selma Markowitz Care Center of Hospice of Central Ohio on Friday, October 8, 2021.  She was born in Newark, Ohio on February 22, 1945, to the late Henley and M. Louise (Mather) Gregg.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Loni) ambrus and C. Dawn (Michael) Cook; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; and brother, Herb (Pam) Gregg.

In accordance with her wishes, no public services will be held.
