A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Camille Anne (Guinta) Barron, 69, of Summerville, S.C. and formerly of Newark, will be held at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament with Rev. JCP Sullivan as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Lutheran Cemetery.

Camille, a 1969 graduate of Lakewood High School, died at the Agape Low Country Community Hospice House in Summerville, on Friday, February 19, 2021.  She was born in Staten Island, New York on March 13, 1951, to Carmella S. (Abbruzzi) Guinta, of Newark, and the late Salvatore S. Guinta.

She will be greatly missed by those she leaves behind. In addition to her mother Carmella S. Abbruzzi Guinta, Camille is survived by her husband of 51 years, Richard Barron; sons, Rodney (Julianne) Barron, Jason Barron (Diane Tollefson), and Joshua (Jennifer) Barron; 4 grandchildren, Colton, Katelynn, Sydney, and Dane; great-grandchild, Everett; siblings, Salvatore Guinta, Donna Williams, Jim (Julie) Guinta, Frank (Antoinette) Guinta, Joseph Guinta, and Chris (Don) Smythe; sister-in-law, Stella Barron; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Camille was preceded in death by her nephew, Levi Guinta; and brother-in-law, Robert Barron.
