Beverly Jean Wheatley, 71, died in Newark, OH on Oct. 28, 2023. Born in Hamilton, OH on Dec. 29, 1951, to the late R. Jay and Vera (Lively) Hodge.

She retired from Mt. Lookout Square UDF after 29 years, service.

Survivors include her son, Joseph LaFontaine; and 3 sisters, 4 brothers; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Burton Wheatley; and 3 siblings.

Friends will be received at the Reed-Egan Funeral Home, 9-10 A.M., Nov. 3, 2023. Burial following at 1: 30 P.M, Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Cincinnati, OH.
